Position Summary
To function as the visionary architect and academic champion of the University’s MBA program. This role is tasked with launching and scaling a program that transcends traditional business education by integrating Biblical stewardship, ethical excellence, and redemptive entrepreneurship. The Director will ensure the program is academically rigorous, market-relevant, and deeply rooted in the University’s Christian mission, preparing graduates not just to lead corporations, but to serve as salt and light in the global marketplace.
