Chapel

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together . . . but encouraging one another. Hebrews 10:24-25

At Kingswood, our chapel services are to be a reflection of all that we are and all that we do. It is here that we gather together to worship our King of Kings and the Lord of Lords—Jesus Christ—as a community of believers.

We believe that regular community worship is a biblical mandate and is the place for students, faculty, and staff to encourage one another to live lives of holiness, purity, and wholeness throughout the rest of the week.

Chapel happens every Tuesday and Friday morning at 9:30 am. We have a diverse group of speakers join us, all throughout the school year. No two chapel messages are alike!

In keeping with our desire to provide practical ministry experience, a number of our students participate in all our regular chapel services. You will potentially have the opportunity to read Scripture, lead in worship, play instruments, pronounce benedictions, and pray at the beginning and end of the services.

You also may join our Kingswood University choir. The choir sings in chapel about five times a semester, and may also perform at Carols at Kingswood, the Board of Trustees concert, and our Graduation ceremonies.

We invite you to join us for one of our powerful, uplifting services, celebrating who God is and all that He has done for us!
