First, there is no better way to experience dorm life than to come visit and experience it first hand (come for a campus visit)! Second, our residence life is an amazing place of encouragement, accountability and community. Every residence has resident assistants and chaplains with a huge heart to love and care for the people in the residence. It is in these settings that you develop friendships that last a life time.

At Kingswood it is important to us that we educate you, not only in the classroom, engaging your mind, but also outside of the classroom, engaging your hearts, hands and developing your habits. Once a week we gather as a student body to do just that. You heard it right! No classes on each Wednesday of the week. Check out the PULSE page for more information!

  • - Obtain a passport as soon as possible.
  • - Proof of acceptance at Kingswood (letter which we send you).
  • - Proof of citizenship (original birth certificate or passport).
  • - Evidence of sufficient funds for maintenance, tuition and all necessary expenses while studying in Canada. (Bank Statements, copies of Loan Approvals, etc.)
    • Connect with your enrolment counselor with questions!

Did you know that Kingswood writes more US Federal Loans than any other Secular or Christian University in Eastern Canada? In fact, 30 - 50% of the Kingswood's student body is made up of students from the United States.

It is easier and much more affordable than you think to come to school from the US to Canada.
Our very knowledgeable KU staff make the boarder crossing and Financial Aid processes as easy as possible for our students. And get this, with the strong American dollar, the US exchange rate reduces US students cost by nearly 10 percent. That is a savings of approximately $1000.00 per academic year (based on full-time student fees). Add that amount in with a few KU grants and scholarships and just think about how far ahead you will be.

Celebrate and check out your next steps here.

We started a list of things you should bring to KU.
