Kingswood Blazer athletics are coordinated throughthe Student Services Department under the leadership of Athletic Director and the student President of the Athletic Association. A combination of collegiate sports teams and intramural sport activities create opportunities for all students to participate in the development of physical fitness, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Facilities
Beach volleyball court, outdoor basketball pad, and small recreation field available on campus. Other athletic programs are conducted at nearby community facilities. Ice time is arranged at the 8th Hussars sports arena about 3 km from campus. Sussex has two private fitness clubs with memberships for aerobic and weight training. Pool memberships are available at the Fairway Inn, a short distance from campus.
